the bed was comfortable i woke up without my usual back pain. breakfast offered a great selection with gluten-free options. the location proved convenient for accessing different parts of the city. the staff was consistently helpful and friendly throughout my visit

The breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices. The staff was very helpful, and they were quick to address requests. I used the workout space and it had a good variety of equipment. I really liked that the hotel was close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens.

I received consistently high service across all areas, VERY appreciated. The front desk staff provided efficient check-in. They offered helpful guidance. REALLY great. The relaxation area was thoughtfully designed. It was also well kept. The location offers easy access to transport and cafes.
I found the need to book the cleaning of the room in advance a slight inconvenience, PARTICULARLY since I was on vacation.

i found the location really convenient. it was an easy walk to the main train station. the room felt spacious and clean, like it had just been refreshed. i especially appreciated that the staff were approachable and always ready to assist.
the light switch system was overly complicated. during my stay, i still couldn't figure out how to turn off the light in the bathroom.
